Will my jewelry tarnish?
Many of our metal pieces featured are made out of durable brass- these will tarnish over time but the good news is that they are very easy to polish back to looking new! Use a warm soapy microfiber towel to rub the piece or a lemon piece with salt on it. Google has many DIY tricks to polish up your brass jewelry.
What are your earring hooks made from?
All of our hooks are lead, cadmium and nickel free. There is a variety of brass, gold plated or silver plated hooks. As a new business, we are still testing out new suppliers for products. Currently we have not had any reactions to the thousands of earrings sold, but if you do have a reaction to an item, please contact us to make it right.
Can I make a return?
At this time we are doing final sale on all jewelry. If an item comes broken, let us know and we can send out a new item. If you are local to MN and want to stop by any market we are at, you ARE able to complete a return or exchange!
